| Who We Are Stormwater Plans, LLC was formed in 2005 to support construction activities in the Phoenix area. With the rapid growth rate, and numerous projects, the company has quickly expanded to performing services throughout the state of Arizona and has successfully completed projects all over the United States. Our staff brings a multitude of design and construction expertise to the table. Many have worked for design firms, engineering firms, consulting firms, quality testing firms, contractors, and Fortune 500 EPC firms. Stormwater Plans, LLC currently employs a full-time Surprise-based staff of approximately 20 members. Our People Stormwater Plans, LLC personnel have been involved in transportation projects in one form or another since its inception. Our expertise is in transportation projects here in Arizona and includes a multitude of projects for the City of Tucson and the Arizona Department of Transportation. We have a number of Arizona registered professional civil engineers (PE's) and registered land surveyors (RLS) on staff and associated personnel including administrative, office manager, drafters/CAD technicians, construction inspectors and Designers. Our Goal Our goal is evolving and the company is here to serve our clients to the best of our abilities. We are dedicated to providing professional service to our clients to reduce costs, exposure, and provide them the necessary support they may need so that they can focus on their core business objectives. Our Clients Stormwater Plans, LLC has continuously served our clients for the last 6 years with honesty, integrity, and superior professionalism that have caused our substantial growth. The clients of Stormwater Plans, LLC. consist of general contractors, home-builders, land- developers, engineering companies and every other client in-between. We take great pride in our work, and your referral is our greatest compliment. The company has satisfied our existing clients who include the City of Tucson and the Arizona Department of Transportation with high praise from both agencies. Our largest current project is providing temporary technical engineering personnel for various ADOT construction projects. As part of this contract, we provide construction administration personnel to act as an extension of the ADOT staff. Our tasks include: Oversight and Administration ‐ This task includes project management, construction administration, scheduling, resident project observation/inspection, awareness of safety, survey verification, document control and submittals management and materials testing during construction. Design Review Services ‐ Design reviews will be coordinated to ensure all design elements fit with one another. Design services will be completed within the prescribed contract time without delay. Construction Engineering, Inspection & Testing ‐ Our personnel assists in all aspects of construction including acceptance sampling and testing per ADOT specifications and standards. We provide inspectors for day‐to‐day on the job observation/inspection of all work being conducted. |

| Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Stormwater Plans, LLC was certified in 2007 as a AZ DBE firm with regards to civil engineering and construction administration. It was renewed in 2010 and added Construction Surveying to its specialties. In 2011, Stormwater Plans, LLC was certified as a CO DBE firm with regards to construction management and related services, civil engineering, and inspection services. |
