Who We Are
Stormwater Plans, LLC was formed in 2005 to support construction activities in the Phoenix area. With the rapid growth rate, and numerous projects, the company has quickly expanded to performing services throughout the state of Arizona and has successfully completed projects in Nevada, New Mexico, Idaho, Pennsylvania, and California. Our true focus and commitment is here in Arizona.
Initially started in support of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs); we have maintained a strong presence in this area and the company has Erosion Control Coordinators located on various projects throughout the state.
We have quickly grown to providing engineering design services, as well as construction surveillance services to many of our clients. Our construction inspection capabilities are a key benefit in responding to tour clients. Our staff is experienced in the full range of inspection efforts associated with construction. They are experienced in effectively working with the contractor to ensure construction and materials are in compliance with plans and specifications.
As part of our services, we provide temporary technical field engineering personnel on an as-needed basis to respond to our clients needs and to supplement their staff. This service is not just limited to government agencies, but Stormwater Plans, LLC has provided such services to many of our other clients.
Our Inspectors
Our inspectors at Stormwater Plans, LLC. are strong individuals that bring many unique backgrounds to the table. Many of them have been involved in construction throughout their careers.
Our national manager, Bobby Lall, is a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC), a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ), and an Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in multiple states.
All of the inspectors at Stormwater Plans, LLC. have completed training under Bobby and perform their duties under his direct supervision.

General Information
-NPDES or AZPDES
requirements must have a requirements must have a SWPPP in place at least seven days prior to any construction activity;
-All projects must have a "Qualified Person" to inspect the project site.
-Fines can be excessive and could lead to criminal charges.
-EPA continues to be the
permitting authority for all
regulated stormwater
discharges on Indian Lands.
