Oversight and
Administration -
This task includes
project management,
construction
administration,
scheduling, resident
project
observation/inspection,
awareness of safety,
survey verification,
document control and
submittals management,
and materials testing
during construction.
Design Review Services -
Design reviews will be
coordinated to ensure
all design elements fit
with one another. Design
services will be
completed within the
prescribed contract time
without delay.
Construction
Engineering, Inspection,
& Testing – Our
personnel assist in all
aspects of construction
including acceptance
sampling and testing per
ADOT specifications and
standards. We provide
inspectors for
day-to-day on the job
observation/inspection
of all work being
conducted by various
contractors. |
