OUR SURVEY DEPARTMENT:
Our team consists of professional land surveyors, professional registered
engineers and National Society of Professional Surveyors certified party chiefs. Our
survey managers follow our philosophy of taking pride of ownership of their projects
and are meticulous in the work that they do. They are sensitive to the clients
concerns and proactively assist the contractors with regards to planning and
completing the construction staking in a fashion that does not impede or impact the
budget or schedule. The Stormwater Plans, LLC team has two team members that
are Registered Land Surveyors in the State of Arizona. In addition, our head party
chief has a Level III certification in construction from NSPS. This group of personnel
with extensive construction staking and layout experience can provide spot checks
for vertical and horizontal control on the grade, structures, and right-of-ways.
